This hour long class is for boys and girls, ages 6 and above. This is the first level of martial arts class we offer. The martial art form that is taught is called Chinese Wushu. This is both an exhibition sport and a full contact sport. Wushu consists of stances, kicks, punches, balances, jumps, sweeps and throws. This level will learn the basics of this martial art.

Flying Martian (MARTIAL ARTS)

This is the second level of martial arts that we offer. This class will learn more advanced Wushu techniques. This is a one hour class, for girls and boys, ages six and above. Athletes must have completed and tested out of the Martian Kid class before enrolling in Flying Martian.
