This hour long class is for preschoolers who are from three to six years old. Age-appropriate lessons are taught using low beams, bars, mats, and trampolines. Preschoolers will develop motor skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as confidence as they learn beginning gymnastics skills.
We currently offer this class on:
Mondays: 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
Mondays: 4:00 to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays: 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Wednesdays: 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 to 11:00 am
