Gym-stones

Gym-Stone classes are an invitation only program for 4 to 6 year old girls and serves as a transition to our PRE-TEAM group. This class meets twice per week, and is focuses more on detail, and high paced learning. Overall physical preparation is stressed while at the same time the athletes are introduced to basic skills, body shapes and positions on all events. This training will prepare them for pre-team and team gymnastics later on.

Pre-Team

Our PRE-TEAM groups consist of selected girl’s ages 6 & 7 wishing to pursue competitive gymnastics in the future. This group trains a total of six hours per week in preparation for level 4 skills and routines. Consistent attendance and desire are of utmost importance at this stage of development, as well as the athlete’s physical and technical preparation.

Team Program Level 4 & Up

World Elite Gymnastics team program is for athletes

level 4 and up who have been selected to train for competitions. These athletes compete on all four

artistic events (bars, beam, floor and vault).
